Vector Analysis · For those who prefer a 360° type approach Momentum CPI is based on a highly robust and accurate personal assessment diagnostic, but some organisations prefer a 360° approach when measuring behaviour. Standard 360° methodology is a widely accepted way of achieving a review of behavioural performance but, unfortunately, it can also be time-consuming, subjective and inconsistent. Momentum CPI takes 360° feedback to an advanced 'next generation' level by using a quick, simple and objective Vector Analysis approach. The Vector process needs just one or two observers and/or the jobholder to produce a robust feedback system which is consistent and easy to use and re-use. |
