How:
One
or two close associates (colleagues and / or boss) to
the job in question will complete a Momentum CPI
Vector Analysis Job Questionnaire (Momentum CPI -JQ) to determine
the behaviours they consider critical to this specific
job
Job
applicants complete a Momentum CPI Questionnaire (MCPIQ)
to ascertain their current behaviour profile.
Results:
The
job applicant's profile is matched to that of the job
to ensure 'best fit' and match of behaviour styles
A clear description of the key behaviours required to
be most effective in a specific job
Benchmarks
against which subsequent actual performance can be measured
