The chart below is another example of an organisational map produced through the Momentum CPI process. This example shows how and where the 4 'values' that supported a corporate mission and goals were - and were not - being used.

Because respondents' behaviours are measured against a norm base of over 2,000 global managers, results are objective and quantifiable, showing variances of behaviour above or below the average for the universe of managers.

This data is also the basis for organisational comparisons for M & A situations or analysis of cross-functional team dynamics.
