"Momentum CPI got us to focus on the guts of our business. Our people are

The
business environment in Hong Kong is very competitive, not least for
good, qualified people. We had a staff turnover of almost 35% a year.
The cost of recruiting and training impacted significantly on our
bottom line. We used Momentum CPI as the basis for management training,
beginning at the level of junior supervisors and working up to senior
managers. It helped people understand their jobs better and helped
them understand how to manage better. Staff turnover dropped to below
20% without any changes in our position on compensation.
