Philip is based at the UK Head Office in Oxford. Having graduated in French and Russian at Brasenose College, Oxford, he become a Chartered Accountant and spent seven years with KPMG leading the development of commercial applications for new information technology. Specialising in financial databases, financial and statistical modelling and reporting, he is also a director of Confidential Data Processing Ltd (the data processing arm of BSS) He has done a considerable amount of consultancy with solicitors and is co-author of the Law Society's two guides on computing.
