Peter has been an associate consultant in Hong Kong since 1995 when he helped set up Behavioural Science Systems Asia. Raised in French speaking Montreal, Peter obtained his BBA from Bishop's University and articled as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. After qualifying in Canada Peter obtained his audit experience in Europe (Paris & Geneva) and Asia (China, Taiwan and Hong Kong). He has lived in Hong Kong since 1989. He is the author of the soon to be published Star Negotiator Guidebook © and has worked with management teams from Asia, Europe, North and South America and the Middle East.

Peter's particular expertise lies in change management which he defines as the skilful combination of facilitation, negotiation and leadership to create added value. He has wide experience in such diverse areas of change management as downsizing, re-organisations, new technology implementation, performance management and corporate governance.

He is currently completing a doctorate at The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara.
