George has been associated with Behavioural Science Systems since 1990. His interest is in helping clients achieve added value by building high involvement, creative organisations. He uses collaborative processes that assist clients to think strategically, to make major decisions, and to solve complex problems. He has considerable experience leading organisations through the complex and delicate process of merger integration, having helped implement several of the largest mergers in Canadian business history. He has guided many organisations through major change efforts and transformations in business effectiveness. He is an expert in developing high-performance teams. At the individual level he works with senior managers, coaching high performers who are leading change.

George's industrial experience includes working at Alberta Power Limited, where he established the company's first structured management development program, and at Dome Petroleum where he managed training and emergency planning in Dome's Canadian Arctic operations. While at Dome he founded Canada's first school for Petroleum Landmen. He is currently President of Fall Line Systems Inc., based in Calgary.
